Yes! The Gooey Chocolate Brownie & Chewy Super Seed Flapjack cakes simply need to be cut into squares once baked and then put into the freezer. The Zingy Lemon Drizzle & Cheeky Carrot Cakes can be frozen as loafs and popped into the freezer. We would recommend slicing the Rustic Brown Bread before popping into the freezer and simply taking out slice-by-slice as needed. To defrost all of the Boutique Bake’s Cakes & Bread simply leave them at room temperature for 3-4 hours and Enjoy!

We recommend to bake as per direction on the pack. You will notice that your cake is cooked to perfection when it is well risen and golden brown. When a skewer is inserted into the centre it should come away clean with no residue.

Store all cakes in an airtight container at room temperature. Our Cacao Protein Bites must be stored in the fridge and will last for up to a week once kept in an air tight container!

You can use 1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds & 3 tbsp. water. Mix until well combined and jelly-like. This replaces one egg.
One-half of a banana, mashed, also replaces one egg.

You don't want to over bake them and dry them out! The best thing to do is bake them for 8-10 minutes checking them every so often! That way they will be nice and gooey!

You can add 1 extra tsp. of maple syrup or 3 extra dates to your protein bite mixture. This makes the bites more sticky. Then roll them in chopped nuts, dried fruit or any topping of your choosing

To achieve a really gooey brownie, remove Brownies from the oven when the middle isn't fully cooked and is sill wobbly i.e. when you poke the middle of the cooked Brownie with a skewer/knife, there should be some residue left on the skewer/knife

For all those lemon lovers out there , if you want to make your cake extra zingy , why not add the zest of a lemon to the cake mix provided!
